The Situation

The Situation

The Situation

Large organizations rarely move from idea to launch in a straight line.

Before acquiring brands, entering new categories or creating internal initiatives, they need to understand what different futures could look like.

Rather than discussing possibilities through presentations alone, our role was to transform strategic hypotheses into tangible concepts that leadership teams could evaluate, compare and challenge before making long-term decisions.

The Idea

The Idea

Every concept became a decision-making tool.

Instead of waiting for certainty, we built identities, packaging systems and exploratory visual directions that helped teams imagine different scenarios before committing to one. The work wasn’t about producing finished brands. It was about making strategic conversations visible.
